SUMMIT REPORT, Gangtok 08 Jan: The State Government has introduced new regulations to reign in nightlife in Sikkim. Technically, the regulations were already in place and are being reiterated in the latest notifications governing the operation of restaurants, pubs, discotheques, and similar venues across the state.
