Rangit Power Station, NHPC, has entered into an MoU with the District Administration Namchi to undertake various CSR projects in the district. The MoU was signed by General Manager (HOP), Rangit Power Station Shrawan Kumar Mishra and District Collector cum District Magistrate, Namchi Anupa Tamling.
Provision of CNC Milling machine at ITI Kewzing, establishment of Motherpods, to ensure facilities for breastfeeding mothers in public places, Boundary fencing of Lingyong JHS and fencing of Bakhim Primary School are few activities for which the MoUs have been signed amounting to 51.50 lacs.
The above CSR initiatives as undertaken shall go a long way towards the betterment of the society and benefit the community and its different stakeholders.
