Alpine Sporting Club will take on Yuksom Capitals in the finals of the 2nd edition Late Vinod Pradhan Memorial T20 Trophy 2025 on 15 February at Sikkim Cricket Ground, Rangpo.
Alpine SC is also the defending champion.
In the first semi-final match played today, Alpine outplayed Royal North Brothers by 32 runs and proceeded to the finals.
After winning the toss, Alpine SC opted to bat first and after losing 5 wickets, set a target of 169 runs in 20 overs. Chasing the target, Royal North Brothers ran out of overs at 136 for 7 and lost the match by 32 runs. Amit Rajera of Alpine SC was adjudged the Player of the Match.
Next up, Yuksom Capitals beat Cricket Association of Tathangchen [CAT] by five wickets in the second semi-final match. Winning the toss, CAT decided to bat first and was bowled out for 71 runs in 16.5 overs.
Yuksom Capitals surpassed the target in 18.5 overs, losing 5 wickets. Rahul Kumar of Yuksom Capitals was adjudged the Player of the Match.
