WANGCHUK BHUTIA, Mangan 03 Mar:
A team from 21C 16 Grenadiers of the Indian Army, led by Major B Prassana and Naib Subedar Hemraj, visited the CBR Resource Centre at PHSC Complex, Raley, operated by Kalpataru Pratisthan on 28 Feb. Their visit was part of the special schemes under Operation Sadhbhavana. During the event, they handed over essential therapy equipment identified as urgent requirements for the center.
The special program was held under the chairmanship of Gangtok Zilla Adhakshya, Balaram Adhikari. It was attended by persons with disabilities and their guardians, senior citizens, well-wishers, ex-army personnel, panchayat members, executive members of the organization, technical experts, life members, and volunteers—totalling 32 participants.
The Kalpataru family and local residents expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Lieutenant Colonel JN Poudyal, Major B Prassana, and the entire team for their commendable support and generosity.
