Senior Journalist Dilli Ram Dulal of Pakyong District was conferred a certificate of appreciation in recognition of his work in promoting Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) initiative in Sikkim’s schools.
The letter was presented by Governor Om Prakash Mathur, Dr Prem Kumar, and Rupak Roy Choudhary of the Sulabh School Sanitation Club at the Pakyong Integrated Multipurpose Hall today.
Mr Dulal is currently associated with the Sikkim Express and Himali Bela newspapers and is also the General Secretary of the Press Club of Sikkim.
