A three-day Yog Dhyaana Shivir concluded at Manav Dharma Dhyan Kendra in Namcheybong under Pakyong district on Sunday. The camp was conducted under the patronage of Sadhvi Mahatma Deepika Baiji, who oversees the Manav Utthan Seva Samiti for the Uttarpurvanchal Region from Siliguri, a press release informs.
The release informs that a significant number of Sadhvi Mahatmas, responsible for various tehsils within the Uttarpurvanchal Region, participated in the Shivir, with the final day including a Santasamagam Satsang Samaroh attended by devotees from all six districts of Sikkim, residents of Namcheybong, and civil society leaders.
In their speeches, the Mahatmas expressed concern over youth succumbing to drug addiction due to, what they believe, is a “deficiency in Spiritual Knowledge.”
