Trilok Subba, the Chief Coach at Sikkim Amateur Taekwondo Association, was felicitated by Sports Minister Raju Basnet yesterday for securing 5th place in the World Taekwondo Poomsae Championship held in Hong Kong from 30 Nov to 04 Dec, 2024.
He was also felicitated by Krishna Rai for his contributions towards the development of Taekwondo in Sikkim, producing national and international medalist and his own Gold medal winning achievement in International Taekwondo Championship.
Mr Subba shared, “I am really grateful to the Chief Minister PS Tamang, Government of Sikkim and Executive members and all my well-wishers for this great honour”
The felicitation was held on 10 March 2025 on the sidelines of the 14th State Taekwondo Poomsae and 24th State Kyorugi Championship organised by Sikkim Amateur Taekwondo Association (SATA).
